Once your aligner is in place, it's time for a quick check. Use your tongue to feel if the aligner is sitting tightly on your teeth. Peek in the mirror. The aligner should be almost invisible and follow the line of your teeth.
To get that stunning smile, wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours each day. Sure, you can remove them when you eat, drink (except water), brush, or floss. But remember, pop them right back in once you're done!
